📊 Голос громади — основа якісної профорієнтації

У межах впровадження системи профорієнтації дітей та підлітків у Василівській міській територіальній громаді було проведено комплексне опитування основних учасників освітнього процесу та партнерів громади.До дослідження долучилися учні, батьки, кар'єрні радники та роботодавці. Метою опитування стало вивчення потреб, очікувань і бачення майбутньої системи профорієнтації, яка допомагатиме дітям усвідомлено обирати освітню та професійну траєкторію.Отримані результати стали важливим підґрунтям для формування цілей, завдань та практичних кроків розвитку профорієнтаційної роботи в громаді. The Community’s Voice as the Foundation of Effective Career GuidanceAs part of the implementation of a career guidance system for children and adolescents in the Vasylivka City Territorial Community, a comprehensive survey was conducted among key stakeholders of the educational process and community partners.Students, parents, career counselors, and employers participated in the survey. Its purpose was to identify the needs, expectations, and perspectives regarding the future career guidance system that will help young people make informed decisions about their educational and professional pathways.The findings have become an important foundation for shaping the goals, objectives, and practical steps for developing career guidance initiatives within the community. Feedback from all stakeholders enables us to build a system that responds to the real needs of children, families, educators, and the labor market.We sincerely thank all survey participants for their active civic engagement, commitment, and willingness to contribute to shaping the future of our community.Together, we are creating opportunities for the successful professional future of our children!
